We collect information needed to operate e-serviceops, including company profile data, user accounts, customer records, service locations, work orders, route information, proposals, invoices, payments, expenses, payroll summaries, documents, photos, notes, preferences, and support requests.

2. QuickBooks and Third-Party Integrations

When a customer chooses to connect QuickBooks Online, e-serviceops uses the customer’s authorization to exchange data with Intuit QuickBooks. This may include customers, invoices, payments, expenses, and payroll expense summaries. We only access QuickBooks data necessary to provide the requested integration.

3. How We Use Information

To provide and improve the e-serviceops platform.
To manage users, customers, routes, work orders, proposals, invoices, payments, reports, and notifications.
To synchronize authorized accounting data with QuickBooks Online.
To send operational, billing, onboarding, security, and support communications.
To maintain audit trails, security controls, and compliance records.

We retain information while an account is active and as needed for business, accounting, legal, security, backup, and audit purposes. Trial data may be removed after the trial period if the customer does not subscribe.

7. Customer Control

Authorized company administrators can manage users, records, documents, notification preferences, and integrations. Customers may request access, correction, export, or deletion of their information, subject to legal and operational limits.
