These Terms govern access to and use of the e-serviceops SaaS platform, website, applications, support services, and integrations.

Last updated: September 9, 2026

1. Service Description

e-serviceops provides software tools for service companies to manage customers, locations, routes, work orders, field evidence, proposals, billing, payments, payroll summaries, assets, reports, notifications, and accounting integrations.

2. Accounts and Authorized Users

Each company is responsible for its users, passwords, permissions, data, and activity inside its workspace. Users must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.

3. Customer Data

Customers retain ownership of their business data. e-serviceops processes customer data to provide the platform, support, security, billing, notifications, reporting, and authorized integrations.

4. QuickBooks Integration

QuickBooks Online connection is optional and requires authorization by the customer. When connected, e-serviceops may sync customers, invoices, payments, expenses, and payroll expense summaries with QuickBooks Online. Customers are responsible for reviewing accounting entries for accuracy.

5. Trials, Plans, and Billing

Trial accounts may be limited by time, features, usage, or support level. Paid plans continue according to the selected subscription terms. If a trial is not converted to a paid plan, access may expire and trial data may be removed according to platform policy.

6. Customer Responsibilities

7. No Professional Advice

e-serviceops is software, not legal, accounting, payroll, tax, insurance, or financial advice. Customers should consult qualified professionals for those matters.

8. Acceptable Use

Users may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, violate laws, interfere with service operation, or use e-serviceops to harm others.

9. Availability and Changes

We work to keep the service reliable, but availability may vary due to maintenance, updates, third-party services, internet providers, hosting providers, or events outside our control. Features may be improved, changed, or discontinued over time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, e-serviceops is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the platform.
